Important Ordering Info

Please note that ordering products through Cross Check which are customised means that they have been produced especially for you and unless there's someone on the same team with the exact same name/number - then they are completely unique to you.

If you order a custom product and when it arrives it does not fit or it is not what you expected, there is very little we can do to rectify this in terms of exchanges. Sorry - but the responsibility of measuring up correctly and ordering the correct item/size is on the purchaser.

Sadly, we are just not a big enough company to afford to re-make products or issue refunds due to purchasing errors. 

If you are unsure about sizing, you can speak to us prior to ordering and we'll try to assist - or speak to your club as they might have some of our product which you can try on to work out the best fit for you. As an very worst case solution, we could send you un-personalised kit to try and then return to us for the final embroidery. We are happy to work anything out to get you the right item and avoid an errors.

We appreciate mistakes do happen and ordering kit can be a minefield of varying information - so it's always best to check and if unsure - ASK! Thanks for your understanding and co-operation!
